Yes, if you tell us you would like to cancel then billing will stop at the end of the month. If there is something we can do to make the system work better for you though then we will happily do everything we can to improve the system based on your feedback.
If you cancel the service then we will securely erase all of your data. Your data belongs to you: if you would like to export your data from PracticeFlow then you can contact us and we will facilitate that for you within 10 working days.
If you are unhappy with the service for any reason then contact us within 30 days of making a payment and we will refund it within 7 working days.
